Contact Form

The contact form available on this website collects the following information:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • firm or organisation and professional status;
  • content of the message.

This information is processed for the purposes of responding to your enquiry, providing information about ATS Research and its publications, and managing a potential pre-contractual or business relationship.

Client Portal

The client portal is developed by ATS Research in PHP, SQLite, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and is hosted by OVH.

The portal records the following data: name, email address, account identifier and authentication data. Clients define their own password; passwords are stored in hashed form and ATS Research has no access to passwords in clear text. Password resets are available on request to the ATS team.

The portal allows authorised users to download research reports. For security, proof of delivery and service-improvement purposes, the portal also logs report consultations and downloads (account, report concerned, action and timestamp); these activity logs are retained for 12 months. Access is deactivated at the end of the contract. Account data is deleted or permanently deactivated within four days after the end of the subscription, except for data subject to legal archiving obligations.

Service Providers

OVH SAS — web hosting and email services.

Formspree — technical transmission and processing of the contact form.

ATS Research does not use advertising, profiling or audience-measurement cookies. The website and client portal use only strictly necessary technical cookies or local-storage mechanisms required for authentication, security and session management. These technologies are necessary for the requested service and cannot be disabled without affecting the operation of the client portal.
